We work to maintain strong communication with our clients and focus on getting the job completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Step 1

Initial Consultation

  • We view the proposed area.
  • We get the client’s wish list and ideas.
  • We assess the demands or challenges of the site.
  • We discuss budget with the client.
Step 2

Estimate Proposal

  • We provide the client with a detailed estimate of work and materials in a timely manner.
  • We take the time to explain the estimate to the client and answer any questions.
  • Depending on the scale of the project, we recommend to the client whether or not a plan is required. This can be an integral part of achieving the desired vision. A visual 3D rendering may be developed and presented, along with an outline of proposed materials. Note: there is a cost associated with this service

  • Upon approval of the estimate, we require the client provide a deposit to secure a booking.
  • From this point forward, we maintain communication with the client to finalize timing of project, any design changes, etc.
Step 3

Landscape Construction

  • Darcy, his crew, and all equipment arrive on site and begin the transformation process.
  • We make every effort to have as little impact as possible on the client’s property and we show respect for neighboring properties.
  • We provide daily progress reports to the client throughout the construction process.
Step 4

Project Completion

  • Upon completion, we make every effort possible to ensure the site is clean, clear of debris, and all traces of construction are removed.
  • The client’s vision is complete.
  • We provide final billing and the client provides payment.
